The Issue

Business practices from the Industrial revolution through to today have produced tremendous technological advancements and have radically altered day to day life for communities on Earth. However, the undeniable consequence of businesses practices now negatively affecting the health and sustainability of communities is increasingly problematic and hitting close to home for so many of us.

Male-dominated creativity and problem solving has shaped the business landscape through this patriarchal time. With women in business becoming more prevalent, even still the dominant male practices have remained in place with little change happening at the core level of business. In fact, many women in business simply take on the practice of acting like men in order to succeed.

The Solution
It is time for feminine principles to enter the conversation, and to begin shaping and correcting specific problematic business practices. In this way we will resolve and solve the immediate problem of businesses harming the very communities they exist to provide for.
